Reed Library now offers complete access to the Wall Street Journal online! From on- or off-campus, FLC students, faculty, and staff can access each day’s edition, breaking news, current headlines from the U.S. and around the world, as well as thirty-years of backfiles, in a searchable online format that is updated daily. The Wall Street Journal complements the Library’s full-access subscription for the online U.S. and International editions of the New York Times from 1851 to today. Other newspaper coverage, including the Durango Herald, is available through the Library’s licensed database, Newbank. Stay current with the Reed Library!

Reed Library Announces Annual Art Competition Winner

The Library is pleased to announce that Rob Lindeman, a senior at FLC studying art, is the winner for this year’s Library art competition. His proposed piece will be installed by the end of Spring semester 2016. The Library art competition invites FLC student to submit a proposal for an installation work to be housed in the area next to the entrance to the Library for one year. Expect another announcement about the unveiling soon.

All Library patrons can access online Library databases on campus. Off-campus access is limited by licensing restrictions to current FLC students, faculty, and staff, but the Reed Library offers computers that have total access to all Library resources for anyone to use.
