Reed Library Extended Final Exam Hours

This year the Reed library is offering extended hours for 10 days instead of the previous three days during Final Exams. We’ll be open until midnight for eight days during the last week of classes and Finals Week, with study break activities most nights at 7:00 p.m. In addition, the Fishbowl is open 24/7. Reed Library & The Grub Hub present, Food for Fines

Bring boxed or canned non-perishable food items to the library. We will waive $1.00 library fines per item. Donations only cover regular fines. All donations go the The Grub Hub, located downstairs in the Reed Library. The Grub Hub is FLC’s food bank, open to those who need assistance. The Grub Hub offers boxes where you can drop off donations, even if you do not owe library fines!

You are invited to visit the Reed Library to view a display of selections from Dr. Brent Williams’ world music instrument collection. Dr. M. Brent Wiliams joined the faculty of Fort Lewis College in fall 2014 as Assistant Professor of Violin and Viola. He is also the Concertmaster of the San Juan Symphony Orchestra and a member of the Red Shoe Piano Trio (FLC faculty ensemble). Dr. Williams is also a member of the acclaimed quartet enhakē. He teaches several courses in the Music Department, including The Musical Experience, String Ensemble, Orchestration, and violin and viola lessons.
