Ask a Librarian Form

We are glad to get your questions; please don't hesitate to ask. However, we are limited in the depth of research we can do. In general, we try to get you started in your research, but cannot do the actual research for you. We will try to answer "short answer" questions that can be answered using traditional reference works available online as well as in our print reference collection. As a teaching library, our goal is to provide support for the independent research process. Please let us know whether we have been successful in doing this. (Examples of reference questions).

This form is not for request for articles or books. Please click Interlibrary Loan in menu bar above.

We try to answer requests within 24 hours Monday-Friday, regular semester hours. Please check our hours to verify. If you need information sooner, please call us at (970) 247-7551 or visit the Library Reference Desk (see Reference Desk Hours). If you have a question about library cards, book checkout, renewals, recalls, holds, or fines, please see Circulation Services or call 247-7270.
