The Electronic Resources list provides access to computer based resources, including Web resources, selected by the FLC librarians specifically for research or general reference use by the College community. It is primarily intended as a way to access the numerous online resources to which the Library subscribes and are generally not available through the Internet without special access. With the huge growth of resources available on the Web, this list does not attempt to include the many resources available for public access on the Internet. We do include a few that are especially useful for Fort Lewis College.
This list includes all electronic resources available through John F. Reed Library, including CD-ROM's available at the Reference Desk. You will be instructed to get the disk from the reference desk when it is a "stand-alone" CD-ROM which needs to be inserted into the local computer CD drive.
Use the alphabetical list to the left of this screen to select a title. There are 2 lists- one for Periodical Index Databases and one for reference online resources, which are often derived from book sources. The Index of letters will move you to the corresponding part of the list. Clicking on the title will display a description of each database and you can logon online directly from the button at the top of the description screen.
