Submitting Requests:
Requests must originate from the borrowing library. John F. Reed Library accepts requests via OCLC, fax, ariel, email and mail. All loans are subject to availability and approval, and will be recalled if needed locally. Prospector member libraries in Colorado, please check the Prospector catalog before submitting an ILL request.
Non-Circulating Materials:
Periodicals, reference, reserves, microforms, videos, DVDs, newspapers, and special collections.
Charges:
There is no charge for filling requests. There is a $125 charge for lost books. This charge includes the processing fee.
Loans:
Loan period: 30 days from shipping date. One renewal. Books are shipped library rate in the United States. Outside of the country, books are shipped first class, and the borrowing library is expected to pay the shipping costs. Copies are shipped by Ariel and by mail. We will fax upon request. Please inform us promptly if pages are missing or need to be resent.
