LIBRARY ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT MISSION STATEMENT
The Library Administration Department supports the mission of John F. Reed Library by facilitating administrative functions within the library and overseeing the workings of the individual departments. The role of the Administrative Office is to provide leadership and support in the areas of budgeting and finances, personnel, facilities management, operations management, purchasing, rules and regulations, travel approval, strategic planning, and maintenance and analysis of statistics. The administration department serves as liaison to other college administrative units on campus and with state agencies and libraries.
